The city of New York itself obviously holds endless attractions to keep the design trade busy but over the course of the next week, the New York International Gift Fair will play host to enough design-specific events and seminars to keep you so busy you may actually forget you're supposed to be shopping the show floor for the latest designs as well.
If I could be there for every day of the Fair, the following are the sessions I would be sure to hit, but my agenda may be slightly different than your own and there is truly something for everyone, from social media marketing and visual merchandising to guerrilla publicity and home textiles awards.
