Made in the USA
Sun Valley Bronze uses art-grade bronze in the crafting of its architectural hardware. The hardware is both designed and manufactured in the U.S. at the company’s foundry and studio at the base of the mountains in central Idaho.
Decades of experience have resulted in a series of achievements for Sun Valley Bronze including a patented, adjustable ball-bearing hinge and hand-applied finishes that have been perfected over time.
Design Flexibility
From a design perspective, Sun Valley Bronze’s hardware and sinks manage to lend a distinctive look to a space without overwhelming it. The product line includes pieces for doors and cabinets, kitchens and baths.
Customization comes easily here. Six patina finishes -- three for its Silicon Bronze line and three for the White Bronze -- allow you to get personal with the pieces. Plus, the company says any knob, lever or ring pull can be combined with any style or size escutcheon plate for a lengthy list of mix-and-match possibilities.
Recycled Content
Sun Valley Bronze also has the planet’s future in mind and has been certified by Scientific Certification Systems for utilizing pre-consumer recycled content in its architectural hardware. As such, hardware from Sun Valley Bronze can work to earn LEED points for your architectural and interiors projects.
Specifically, the company’s White Bronze product uses a minimum of 95% pre-consumer recycled bronze content, while the Silicon Bronze product uses a minimum of 90% pre-consumer recycled bronze content. The company notes its use of recycled materials results in “hardware as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside.”
